How can I place my order ?
How can I know for sure that my order was safely received?
After your order has been registered in our system we will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. This confirmation e-mail includes small pictures of the items ordered by you, so you can easily remember the articles that you purchased. This also comes in handy if you want to prepare your delivery.
How do I know when the items at Chinoh are ready for shipment?
Of course you do not like it when a carrier turns up at the door unexpectedly. Chinoh will therefore always call you up the minute the items are shipped, so you have plenty of time to prepare for the delivery of the products ordered by you.
Why is it not possible for me to immediately log on to the webshop?
Chinoh only delivers on a B2B basis. That is why we protect our complete catalogue with a log-in name and a password.
