Who can become a customer of Chinoh?

Any person who has a VAT number and who is in need of our baskets for professional use or resale can become a customer of Chinoh. Our customer base includes florists, garden centres, wholesale businesses, decoration shops, delicacy stores, liquor businesses, pastry cooks, chocolate confectioners etc. Chinoh only delivers its products on a B2B basis, which means that end consumers cannot place any orders.

What is the minimal order value at Chinoh?

The minimal order value amounts to 300 euros excluding VAT and transport costs. Would you rather avoid paying transport fees? We deliver for free in Belgium for orders as from 600 euros. In the Netherlands the transport costs do not apply if you order for 700 euros or more. In France minimum order is 400 euro en free shipping from 1.000 euro. If you are located in a country other than Belgium, France or the Netherlands please contact us for more information.

What are the transport costs?

We realise that nobody likes to pay transport costs. We do not like it either, for that matter. That is why with us, the carriage is not high and why we try to limit the share of transport costs. For Belgium the transport costs amount to 30 euros (free delivery as from 600 euros). For the Netherlands and Luxembourg the transport costs are 35 euros (free delivery as from 700 euros). For France, the delivery cost is 50 euro (free delivery from 1.000 euro onwards). The remaining transport costs are taken care of by Chinoh.

What is the difference between set and assortment?

An item with description "set" is composed of different pieces, the price is for the whole set. An item with description "assorti" or "assorted" is different, it's price per piece.

What are the terms of payment at Chinoh?

Orders from new customers will pay in advance by means of bank transfer. Once we have received proof of payment we send you your products.

What are the delivery terms at Chinoh?

Because our stock is quite extensive, we are able to guarantee quick deliveries, most of the times within the week. Please take into account however that the months February, March, September and October are normally very busy and that the delivery terms might be a bit longer then. We will try to keep you informed as well as possible of the expected delivery terms.

How can I place my order ?

Chinoh employs different ways to place an order. The most common are orders following a visit to our showroom or a fair, orders via our sales representatives or orders via the webshop. Of course you can also contact us by phone or e-mail for repeat purchases.

How can I know for sure that my order was safely received?

After your order has been registered in our system we will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. This confirmation e-mail includes small pictures of the items ordered by you, so you can easily remember the articles that you purchased. This also comes in handy if you want to prepare your delivery.

How do I know when the items at Chinoh are ready for shipment?

Of course you do not like it when a carrier turns up at the door unexpectedly. We work together with carriers who will inform you when the goods leave at Chinoh.

Why is it not possible for me to immediately log on to the webshop?

Chinoh only delivers on a B2B basis. That is why we protect our complete catalogue with a log-in name and a password. If you send us the completely filled-out contact form via the website or webshop or contact us by phone we will immediately create a log-in name for you, so you can visit the webshop at leisure.

Does Chinoh have a catalogue or price list?

Our webshop acts as our catalogue and price list. Once you have logged on to the webshop, you can take a look at the entire collection available. Please take into account that you cannot look at future articles, seeing that our webshop only displays what is in stock at that moment. We therefore advise you to visit our showroom once or twice a year or one of the fairs that we participate in. If you are located in Belgium or France you can request a visit of one of our sales representatives.

Do I need to make an appointment in order to visit the showrooms?

Chinoh has two spacious and pleasant showrooms. The showroom inside the old railway station of Sint-Eloois-Vijve shows all collections that are already bought and/or in our warehouses. This showroom is open all year round.

In our other showroom at the offices, you can discover in preview our newest collections at specific periods of the year. This means that the showroom in the offices will not be open all year round as the collections in this showroom vary 2 times per year.

Our showrooms are open to all professional visitors on Mondays. From Tuesdays to Fridays we work with appointments.

Which sizes does your item have?

Chinoh always measures the items from the top and from outside.
